THE CHALLENGES

The first and foremost objective of any
brand is to generate sales. Harvest Gold
popularly known as Delhi’s #1 bread brand
were no different. With Gio, their gluten free
range of breads, the target was to increase
visibility and generate leads

APPROACH

When we brought Gio Gluten Free on-board,
an aggressive marketing and promotion
strategy was designed focussing Facebook
as a major marketing tool. A complete mix
of optimized content was created to tackle
the challenge.

THE SOLUTION

1. BRAND REPOSITIONING : The complete overhaul of their visual positioning was done for the brand. O strategy employed combining consumer education about Celiac Disease, qluten allergies, and highlighting the brand’s USPs related to taste, availability, and price points.

2. TARGETING & SEGMENTATION : We connected with people in Facebook groups and used Harvest Gold’s pre-existing database to specifically reach out to families and individuals who were interested in a gluten-free diet either as a lifestyle choice or out of necessity. We also created parallel audiences profiles of what an ideal customer would be like – we tested out multiple types of ads to their parallel profiles until we found the one with the highest click-through rate.
